It looked like the driver could have driven off and got away so yea you would probably get arrested if the attacker was killed or injured badly. The driver did the right thing and the guy never really attacked the driver only the car. He didnt even attempt to attack the driver

Honestly reminds me of some high school fights. I used to run around with a rough crowd and have seen plenty of bats, knives, and guns in fights.
I would just shoot the piece of garbage and hopefully someone would testify I was helping out society. Obviously I would get in serious trouble, but I doubt any substantial time would be served.

i would have..if i were in that situation, i would expect the crazy dude to attack me after bashing in my window with a lead pipe....its easy to say what you would do after seeing that he doesn't attack the driver, and didn't the driver have another car in front of them?..in the heat of the moment, you wouldn't expect him to just walk away becasue he is making a point that he is a worthless piece of $hit on some video, you would expect the attack to go further and should protect yourself by any means possible, even if it means killing him

After watching this video, closely, I came to the conclusion that this guy dies. It's self defense plain and simple. I deal with these waste-of-lifes pretty much on a daily basis and know they are capable of anythng at anytime.
I will NOT give them a chance to kill me or if you runaway, won't happen, give them a chance to kill someone else before the fuzz shows.
No crime. No trial. No jury.
