When I was a young teen, my mother gave me money to run an errand and told me to come straight home.
I took the money and went straight to the pool hall.
Hours later, I was shooting nine ball on the front table when all of a sudden,
a big, angry cop (friend of my parents) burst into the pool hall,
grabbed me by the back of my shirt
shoved me face down on the pool table, handcuffed me,
marched me out of the pool hall in front of all my friends,
and threw me face down in the back seat of a waiting squad car.
When he knocked on our front door and delivered me to my parents, he said,
"If you ever need my help again, just call."
I learned my lesson.
AND IF THAT HAPPENED today, you'll get rewarded with a LAWSUIT win from the city.
