Outlook Express help please

Tried to get my e-mail on my laptop this morning and when I hit send and recieve it says "authorizing" in the lower right corner of the screen, waits about 30 seconds and a window pops up that asks me for my account name and password, this has never happened before, I type in my account name and password, it waits another 30 seconds and the same window pops up asking for the information again, it doesn't tell me I entered it wrong, it just asks for it again, it repeats this process over and over and never gets my e-mail. I am sure it's a problem in the laptop because I can get e-mail fine at my desktop.

Any Ideas?

For whatever reason it is not able to connect to the email server. Try clearing all of your cookies, reboot and try again.

Wow, that bizarre, no idea why it just wakes up one day and decides to act different than yesterday.

the same thing happens to me when i get disconnected while OE is downloading my email and doesn't finish. my isp has to reset something and it takes about 10 minutes for that to automatically reset.

happens to me all the time.
