Packers Should fire McCarthy and Thompson....

I think it's time the Packers move on and get a new regime. Let's face it their runs at Super Bowl Titles with Rodgers is fading and these guys aren't going to do enough to get him back into contention. McCarthy is not a good head coach, he's only won because of #12, when it comes go crunch time in a big game you can be assured he is going to make a dumb decision.

Ted Thompson has relied heavily on the draft and it has worked for a while but the time is going to be next year when they are going to have to keep up with the emerging Vikings who are only going to get better. Rodgers has what 3 - 4 good years left? The Pack have a lot of holes to patch up and Jordy being back won't be the total answer either. If the Packers want to win another Super Bowl with Rodgers it's time they bring in players who are actually good and get rid of the dead weight they are unwilling to part with.

Somebody is drinking the purple Kool-aid a bit too soon. Neither team will win anything this year rest assured, but Green Bay still has a brighter future than Minny. Peterson won't last forever. Maybe you'll get lucky and Rodgers will go to Minny like Favre did for a year to make them contenders again. Doubt that though.

I do like the Vikes defense quite a bit. I'm not sold on Bridgewater yet. Although I don't dislike him as a QB I just can't see him winning in the playoffs. Rodgers is still the best player on any field against anyone they are just really banged up and out of sync as of late. They need Lacy to control the line of scrimmage the second half of the season as he did last year or they won't turn this around. Nothing personal her I'm a Pack fan, but have been a die hard Broncos fan since I was 5 yrs old.

I expect a quality showing tonight by Green Bay. Detroit is still a phony to me. I'll give them the Green Bay win which was a horrible game, but then they beat two cupcakes at home. Oakland not always a cupcake, but they are when they have to travel to Midwest from sunny California.
