Bottom line is you wouldn't be in the middle of anything if the welch that "immediately stirred up the pot" wasn't the type of guy that actually would "immediately stir the pot", but given all the things that have led to this point I don't know how anyone could be surprised. This could not have possibly worked out better for him though. I am sure his Viagra bottle is empty and hand is raw after all the attention he has gotten to go along with his perceived lifelong get out of jail card.
