One of those days, today.... .. down ( ) after 3 PLAYABLE races. Like the just completed 8th race - played 2,3 top/bot 5,9. Sure enough, thems finish 3-2-9 and zackta pays $45.40. Oh, and the ratings I got? Well, IN ORDER, they were 2-3-9, SON-AH-MAH-BITCH!. Grrrr *&^*

Got online late today, but I thnk it's trifecta time for the last race. No MJers around, so I won't list them all, but for the 13 "guests" ... to save time (I gotta watch them) here's the two horses that will be ON TOP of all of them... nos. 2 and 8. Right now, thems are 9/2 and 7/2.

Luckily, made the right move with the L@@KERS.. took my chances, ignoring the no. 3, played the no. 2 top/bot with 3 others.. and went kinda heavy W/PL/SH @ 3x on the no. 1, the wiener. The ass burner.... . well. that no. 1 was something like 5/1 when I betem and, after the last click of the odds, tbe bastage goes off at 7/2. Hefty (working with a beefed up bankaroo these days after Tue$day's results), ) straight betting on the no. 1 got back all the bet moola for this race plus some left over.


Overall, it wasn't a winning day though, I musta bought a small bag of them boiled peanuts for most of the winning bettors at the track today. Return from scratches, decent Place (actually play was Win and Place@2x) price in the 8th, and the last race return made the loss negligible. Not too bad cause the percentage of wieners at the end of the day at any wace twack ain't much AND the no. of folks attenting the races these days is depressing.

Backing up your picks from handicapping a race with a L@@KER or a "Side play" is something to think about. Players may want to try it out on paper and see if it works for you.

Here's something a bit interesting... check out that 2nd race today, a FOUR hoss affair. That is, ONLY 4 stinkin hosses in that race. Without a doubt, races like that are a joke and NEVER to be played. Check out the prices for that race. Poopoo can happen at anytime in hoss wacin and the whales who see an opportunity to send it in on a favorite in fields like that, Esp. with zactas, really took it on the chin in that race.

Hopefully some of the MJers will be around for the weekday dirt bombs this week. G.L. everybody.
