I'll be taking a good look at the no. 8 in this upcoming 6th race. Looks to me like this one should, at least, hit the board in this race.

Musta absolutely flew down the stretch cause this one was at least 20 lengths behind down the back stretch. I'd keep an eye out for this one; just needs to get going a little better from the get-go.

Stienbrenner used to own that horse (Swash).. came on real strong on the far outside. I thought he looked so/so (not bad) in the prerace and he WAS my top pick in that race.

Let's see.. . checking my prerace thingy for that race..... OK, did mark the nos. 4 and 7 as "looking pretty good" in that race. Wound up playing the 7 top/botw. 1,2,3. So so exacta ($32+).

Looks like you're doing ok with the "Prerace Practice" :) It's mostly just a picture ya get in your head after watching a LOT of hosswaces. Pretty much a COMBINATION OF THINGS that work together sorta... not just single things. Just hard to describe.

ONE thing that is something that many RTJ's don't know about is the TAIL. USUALLY, looking for that tail to come OUT from the horse (not between it's hind legs) is in the set of most combinations to look for. Always identify the DEADbeats too; comes in very handy for finding false favorites, Hammy. They're MUCH easy to learn/identify.

Here we go again - I almost wish you didn't bring up this subject. JUST UNFluckin REAL. Last Sunday, had ONLY 2 hosses marked as "Lookers' in a race. ONE of them was the 5 (other was the no. 1) AND (SOMAB) one of them, the no. 5 was underlined too. FLUCK! That means that hoss looked particularly GOOD. Now, I ALWAYS play an underlined "Looker", ALWAYS. What do it do?.. check it out in the pp's and just could not pull the trigger on that no. 5, not even TWO STINKIN dollars. IT was coming off a layoff and had terrible connections. I can not wait for the day I forget about that race... that no 5 paid $73 to WIN. Of course the the no. 1 completed the dang exacta too. Paid a shitload. Didn't care bout missing out on the zacta.. but not even two dollars on that horse. Just felt sick after that one.

Oh well, got a ton of chores to do now ... like fixing the dang washing machine ..... :(

Remember the tune.... Tomorrow, tomorrow .. I'll .. tra la la la... blah, blah, blah...♪ ♪ ♫
