OK racing fans, let's git this here show on the road.
5th race: 2,7 top/bot 1,8. Now that no. 8 @ 12-1 could start this day off just fine. Farro trained mare has been rested for awhile but she can outclose these dirt bombs (er, no. 5 ain't a dirt bomb) at a price and has to get played as a side bet.
6th race: I'll be wheeling and mixing the no. 2 and no. 9 with at least 4 others in this race. But I gotta add that King Henry may be a deserving favorite, but I do believe it is good ole UNCLE HARRY who may have something to say about that. Harry, no. 8, should go off at even better odds than his 15-1 M.L. too. I suggest you put yer 2 bucks on one of them "in the money" slots on this one as well. Just to clarify - I do like nos. 2 and 9 as key hosses in this race. Still, I ain't gonna let Harry payoff without me.
7th race: I don't like going with a hoss that is higher than 5 to 1 M.L. (actually, the one I'm liking is 8-1 M.L.) and has ALL of the "wise guy" angles going for it. You know, something like the sports gamblers call a TRAP. I also don't like it when that horse is gonna get bet DOWN from it's M.L. odds which I believe is gonna happen to my pick for this race today. BUT, there just ain't no getting past no. 7, Linebacker in this race. Dang, even his name is more bait cause you know what today is, right?
I played this horse in its last two starts and there's no way I can not make him my play for this race. Well, there is a side play in this race - no. 9 Win/Place.
I should be around for the last race.
UT.. . footballers. I got the top Spreadsheet picks in the Footsbawl Room. They ain't in order, but for my horse racing buddies ... whatever the spread is - Stanford, Minny, and Arkansas State are the 3 bestest.
Good luck.
