Nobody around, so I'll just post one of the races today that is kinda interesting.

5th race : I got the favorite, no.2, rated on top by a mile. But, I'm going elsewhere. I'm really familiar with quite a few horses in this race and I got good vibes about 3 of them, all pricey. Not gonna go into details, but I'm seeing some signals coming from the no. 3 (8/1) the 4 (12/1) and no.8 (20/1). Funny thing is I like the 8 a bit better than the others... but I sho as hell not leaving out the other 2. I'm gonna throw a few bucks on each to win and also the following zacktas....
2,6 top/bot 3,4,8.

Are ya ready for some footsballs, ♪ ♪ ♫ ♪... tra lah lah ? Yeah right, forget that crap! For me, anyways.

I couldn't get motivated to even look at my trusty footsball spreadsheet, let alone actually run it. BUT, I did get to give it a trial run yesterday for the college dudes. I loaded 7 games into the SS and it picked 6 of the underdogs TO COVER (not necessarily win) and one of the favorite's to cover. Now I ain't expecting anybody to believe this, but I'll post it anyways ---> it "cashed" on SIX of the seven plicks. :)

NO, I didn't play all of them but did play two of them (both wieners). In fact, it's losah was Ga. Tech, and that game coulda gone either way, what a nail biter the ending was to that game. Just to keep it honest... actually 2 of it's other wieners coulda gone the other way as well and woulda been spreadsheet losahs. Bottom line is that I am starting to get a little interested in FB again :)

Good luck with them fluc... ah, NFLers today.

Sp far..

Off to a "having fun" start today :)
The 2nd wace was trifecta eligible, and cashed in for HALF of the measly $85.20 tri. payout. Played all 4 sets of trifectas per the (UT OH) "system" but the good news is that this race only called for six stinkin dollars per set (ONE stinkin dollar tickets, that is). No matter what the play is - just chipping away at them, wace by wace, is the way that seems to work best.

How bout them NFLers... I ONLY do mind (paper) "bets" on those bastages now. ONE play for the whole day. Today, it woulda been the Bears vs. Miami who had to trek up to chilly Chicago to face a superior (IMO) team. I don't bother checking for injuries with paper plays. The PAPER Play, only, so far? ----> Miami 14 to zippo. What else is new? LOL I will be playing them college dudes this upcoming weekend ;)

Nice to see I shook off about a hundred or so "Visitors". Things are looking good for today so far.

Welcome to the "One Man Show" straight from the MJ Horse Palace

Welcome to the "One Man Show" straight from the MJ Horse Palace

All I see is my name plastered all over this place and I think just making one l-o-n-g thread is the answer to that problem. I know the MJers that read my threads know where to find them :)

Hammy, if ya pick something for tomorrow at good ole Philly, I'll "hide" my thread in YOUR post, K?

Today:

Here we go AGAIN, postem and thems lose... don't postem and thems win. UGH, makes me look bad but since nobody's around.. this way is fine by me cause the bankaroo gradually goes up and up this way.

2nd race: play was 3,7 top/bot 4,5 and that was good for a $54+ zackta. No side action for that race which had a short field of horses.

3rd race: I just got online and I got tries in this race. If there was somebody here, I'd post the tri nos. but kinda glad there ain't cause I can continue NOT posting the plays cause it LOOKS like nobody reads them anyways and this way usually comes up a WIENER.
Honestly, I'd rather have it work this way ->postem and thems WIN instead of lose all the time. But ya gotta do what works so I'll be back to tellya how this 3rd race turned out.

BTW, I got off to good start yesterday and wound up a losah for the whole day; hope that doesn't happen again today.

EDITED: SOMB, FLUCK... the no. 3 hoss was the KEY to my two sets of trifecta bets AND also (on top) side action zackta bets. The zacks were 3 OVER 4,5,6,8. What happened... no. 3 wins the dang wace at 5/1 and the mutha jumpin no. 2 (14/1) runs second to complete a $122.60 zackta. Damn, damn, DANG!

Here's where I'm at

Here's where I'm at

Ok, hell with the karma, here's the plicks for the last PLAYABLE race, race 8

Originally thems were 4,5 top/bot 1,7 for MORE than 2 stinkin bucks.

No. 7 is out, so the play becomes no.4 Win/Place@2x for well over 2 stinkin dollar ticket.. but NOT overboard.. OH NO! Cause I/you(?) know what happens with that method. No. 5 is very dangerous according to my figs. but I think that one will get bet down too heavily. Side action is 1<->5 zackta (boxed) and 1 OVER 4 zackta.

Not gonna happen today

Not gonna happen today

Picks were decent enough but the way I play them needs to get overhauled. I remember tines, when the bankaroo was nice and fat, I used to wheel the picks and that worked pretty good. Doing that today sure would have worked and I may give that a try. Thanks to a couple of very nice trifectas and at least one very nice exacta lately - the bankaroo can handle that way of playing them right now. Conservative betting really helps too. On chalk days, that way of betting is a disaster though.

Gonna need at least one solid play to come home tomorrow to get this week out of the red for this week. Not sure about posting anything tomorrow.

I forgot to add...

I forgot to add...

IF THE FINISH LINE WAS AT THE TOP OF THE STRETCH. :chairshot (.()

Those two were comfortably in front from start to that point and then the poo poo hit the fan.

I hit that race kinda heavy and the ole bankaroo is dwindling; may be in a slump lately and don't know how long this will last. Let's see how "not so lucky Tues." goes and if the funk continues I think I'll let up on posting losahs for awhile.

Next playable race is the 7th.

EDITED: forget the 7th, it's now a 5 hoss wace :nono:
8th race is playable.

Just terrible

Just terrible

Sure looks like it's VACATION TIME for me. When 2 top rated horses and the 2 that I liked best BOTH can't even get a show spot... IT IS vacation time, esp. for posting anything. Magic nos. are the only thing that is working A LOT lately and I didn't cash in on one of them either.

Dropped about $50 in the 8th. That 7 and 8 hoss fooled plenty of bettors as well, BOTH got bet down.

Like the 9th, win or lose it ... it's time to take a break cause I don't like posting losahs and hate playing them even worser. :(

In the 9th, no. 3 is top rated and I'll also be using the no. 7. I'll also be on the L@@Kout as well for something in the 9th. ALL those horses in the 8th looked like deadheads in the prerace stuff.

Sure hope the good ole college spreadsheet didn't fool me with it's spectacular TRAIL run last week.
