Races are pretty competitive today. EVERY play has the possibility of nailing a big, FAT, Philly cheese steak (with a side of Filet Mignon or lobster). Trying these on for size....

3rd race:
no. 5 TOP/BOT zactas with 1A,2,3,6.

5th race:
Virtually NO early speed in this race. Two turner gives an edge to the inside posts.

No. 2, Willreign, doesn't show early speed in her recent races but she can lead these and without a challenge too. Young Gun, Kyle can ride alright and I think he'll try extra hard to show trainer, Reid, that he can win one for him. Reid has other good horses. One problem is the fact that she never ran a mile race, but she has the breeding to do it

Nos. 3 and 4 can be tough to beat in this race though. The 4, Certain to Rain, clearly has the bestest jock/trainer combo and at 10-1 M.L. is hard to take a pass on. Exacta facta.

Taking a chance and leaving out the 6, a strong fav. in this race. Prob. break down and get just a 2-6 box to cover the costs.

6th race
May not really play this race; gotta see them. Capping nos. tell me the play is No. 1 t/b with 4,5,6 (zactas).
BTW, if Aurwater scratches the 1 and runs the 1A instead - i guess ya gotta trust his judgement cause he knows what he's doing. If it was most other trainers - I would just make this race a No Play.

7th race:
Take yer pick or playem all like I'm planning on doing...
Try a tri - box 1-3-6
or a
Zacta 2-6 BOXED
or a pricey W/Pl/Show bet on the no. 4, Right Nice Philly (15- 1 M.L. but will accept less).

Hope an MJer sees these. G.L.

On it Jimbo.

Sox are cooked. I hate them anyways. Fan base annoys me to no end. You get some guy who rides the pine in AAA come up, have a good week, and they're talking about him like he's the Splendid Splinter. Then they complain about the Yankees spending spending spending, and they follow suit.

Ugly around here though, esp. after last night.

Let's make some coin at the track at least :toast:

Almost forgot.. to Hogman - Not a Sox fan but the Sox I used to know are now scattered all over the place. They tradem like the pony crowd claims hosses. How bout how the way Matsui (Yanks, and No I'm definately NOT a Yankee fan) treated Matsui AFTER he won the World Series for them. Traded the bastage.

Hope ya hanging in there at Philly, HM.

Hey, HM

Hey, HM

Hope that means you caught a few today.

Except for missing that 1-3-6 tri, it was a very good day here too. Missed that 2-6 exacta, but LUCKILY went the trifecta route in that race and cashed the tri. Caught a couple of zactas, a Win/Place play and IF that 7 woulda won the last race... woulda really been some kinda Tuesday. Getting nailed by a horse ridden by Anabal Prado really blows.

Stop in on Mondays and TUESdays if ya can.

G.L.
