Yeah, CHALK up one exacta in the WIN column to start the day.
Actually, I liked the looks of Bowman's (jockey) hoss in the 2nd race and that one could compete with that field ON IT"S BEST DAY, only. Worth 2 bucks W/Pl.
Result? ... that one went off at 33/1 and ran like a 33/1 shot
This track is really starting to blow. Two dang 3/2 shots comprise the 3rd race zacta; those two horses were 5/2 and 3/1 when I betem. With a little luck - I prob. won a break even result for winning that race even though I had the 2,6 on top for $2 and the other way for ONE dollar. :00x31 (<-- found a better hiding place )
NOT finding anything solid for today yet and it doesn't look like any BIG BOMBER payouts are gonna happen today for anybody. Certainly, not for any of the races I got marked as "playable".

Zacta wasn't too bad, paid $21.60. I also put in a side order of no. 7 to WIN, only. That one was 6 to 1. That was for only a 5 dollar ticket.

Plenty of times I've just checked in to see how some poster did, had no intention of tailing them. So maybe somebody's just curious.
No sense in only letting myself know what Im thinking, it's easier to just talk to myself for a reminder.
Maybe an MJer will check in and so all the hard work foryas. :mj07:
Whatever the case is... I will post how I do with it.. and, AS USUAL, that goes whether I win or lose.

Dropped in to see if Lucky Tues was a cash cow for anyone. Missed a huge bomb at Mountaineer last night and have recovered from it. Good luck on the 9th.

Got two NON favorites in mind for the finale.. gonna wheel one top/bot and the other gets bet kinda heavy to WIN. That's it.
I may restrict myself to a MAX. of two stinkin races per day at Philly while this creap goes on.

OH MAN.. there's an objection against the winner (no. 2) and that horse crossed over abouut FIVE lanes in the stretch. Sure looked to me like at least one hoss had to check and that means no. 6 is a WIENER :0
Guess what.. the mutha jumpas took no action and left the order of finish alone. Order of finish was 2-6-7-9. The piicks ran 2nd, 3rd, and 4th their odds were 19/1, 15//1, and 9/1. I bet pretty seriously in thsi race, had the no. 9 wheeled top bot in addition to the WIN bets on 3 horses. The no. 6 looked like a winner until very late stretch AND SHOULDA BECAME A WIENER AFTER THE OBJECTIOS. i'LL REMEMBER THIS TUESDAY FOR A LONG WHILE.

Did not watch the Race but read the summary. :shrug: Gambling on horse racing is never a sure thing...the only sure thing is that I lost around $150.00 today @ Old Philly Park. :facepalm:
