Question, are the NFL rules on blocking down field on a pass behind the line the same as college? That offensive pass interference call wouldn't have been called in college. Another question if it is illegal to block down field on a pass behind the line, how is every bubble, tunnel, and jailbreak screen not called offensive pass interference?
