My overall view of the Falcons team this year is that they will be very good against medium type teams.

The addition of Julio Jones from Alabama was a wise move. This guy is catching the ball as good as Roddy White. Throw in Harry Douglas and Meir and they have a fine threat on the offense.

There is something missing from Matt Ryans game that I just cant put my finger on. He does mosts everything right , but he never seems to break out and dominate like Manning and Tom Brady do.

Turner and Snelling can get the job done and tire the other defense over the course of the game.

Jaquizz Rodgers is a nice change of pace pick up in the draft. This guy runs hard and seems to be learning the blocking schemes better lately.

The defense is still a problem. Dunta Robinson at CB is still unproven ability to me.

This Ray Edwards may not be the answer at DE but he will help , and is better than Jamall Anderson who the Falcons finally released.

If the Falcons can beat Chicago in a away game then they get Mike Vick returning to the Dome in Atlanta.

Overall I see the Falcons as a 10-6 team who may just make a wildcard playoff spot.
