Where are you finding Rice -4.5? I'm seeing -3 to maybe -3.5 tops.
Nice job Mr. Viper. Luckily had already placed the Thunder last night before seeing your post. I obviously backed Northwestern with you. I like both picks tonight. Bulls should come focused after last night's debacle and Rice has been playing much better plus Tulane is nothing special.

GL guys. If you bet them at -4 it is on you, my placement is at -2. I still like -4 but that makes the line a three possession game, giving the pick close to no value. If you buy down to -3.5 the value rises but it costs you -120 .. the books were smart in moving this one to 4 at places.

Let's just put it this way. My predicted line is Rice -5 (though I see it being an 8+ point victory). There for any line up to -5 holds value, with the value of -4.5 and -5 being even value (so you should expect to win 50 to 52% of the time at -4.5 and -5).
If you get -4, that raised to about 56%. If you get it at -3.5 that raised to 60%. If you get it at -3, 62%. At -2.5 64%, and at -2 like myself about 66%.
Those percentages are basically the % chance I give each line of winning in the long run, say if this exact game were to be played 100 times. A couple fouls, or a couple turnovers, or a couple three's can be the difference between -2 cashing and -4 losing, that is why the percentages are different.

It never ceases to amaze me how those at the other forum where you have posted make accusations, imply, or just don't know what the hell they are talking about.
Why in the hell can't they be happy that someone is willing to share their knowledge and they actually know what they are talking about and also willing to put their own money on the play! Keep up the good work and thanks for making the effort!
