was asked to take over this estate care only just this spring..

long ways to go to get it right but a prune and mulch to start never hurts in May..

Lawn is far from what it will be ..will take me at least one Sept to get that correct.

Great location in Chesapeake Va. with really nice families.

Have 7 of these in Chesapeake now..will keep all 7 under my watch until the last second before full retirement.

At least that's what the customers want..My olde ass gets any slower .. it may force a self enduced ejection from the game.:mj07:

Still isn't work..playin' everyday and getting paid ..:0074

The lawn looks fine. Damn near perfection

not really Jack..small bare spots ya can't see in the photos..Poa in several locations..to thin in major walkway..

way to thin by curbs and driveway..

it's a grass thing buddy..

I don't fuss over my own this much..but in the neighborhood there is a thick as theives well to do bunch of folks who spend the extra :0071

nothing snoberish or uppity about these great folks either..they want their homes nice inside and out ....and I do my best to provide the "Better Homes and Gardens" look.

The presents they leave for me at Christmas time humble me..

just super duper folks..
