MAY BE CRAZY BUT THINK SEATTLE MAY WIN OUTRIGHT , BEARS ARE GOING DOWN, SORRY BEARS FANS:) BEARS ARE OVERRATED IN MY BOOK! THE 9 POINTS HERE IS WAY TOO MANY POINTS;) BEARS ARE HURTING IN THE SECONDARY AND ITS GOING TO HURT THEM BIG TIME!

EAGLES ARE IN A TOUGH SPOT HERE , BUT HAVE RENVEGE TO A LOSS IN NO EARLY THIS YEAR , WHICH THE EAGLES SHOULD HAVE WON, THE KEY IN THIS GAME , THE EAGLES HAVE TO RUN THE BALL , AND CONTROL THE CLOCK, WHICH THE SAINTS ARE 22TH IN THE NFL AGAINST THE RUN, IF THE EAGLES CAN DO THIS THEY WILL WIN , LOOK FOR BRAIN WESTBROOK
TO BE THE KEY HERE!
GO EAGLES

RAVENS =HAVE TO GO WITH THE BETTER D ! RAVENS are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games.
RAY LEWIS AND BOYS COMING OFF A BYE AT HOME , THE COLTS ARE IN FOR A LONG DAY!
RAVENS OFFENSE WILL SCORE ON THE COLTS WEAK DEFFENSE

SEATTLE - BEARS OVER , THIS LINE TO LOW:nono:

Over is 19-5 in SEA last 24 games on Grass.

Chicago: Over is 8-1 in CHI last 9 games as a home favorite.
Over is 8-1 in CHI last 9 home games.
Over is 12-2-1 in CHI last 15 vs. NFC.

NEW ENGLAND GETTING POINTS IN THE PLAYOFFS
IF ANYONE GOING TO KNOCK THE CHANGERS OUT OF THE PLAYOFF ITS GOING TO BE NEW ENGLAND! NEW ENGLAND KNOWN HOW TO WIN THE BIG GAMES TAKE THE 5 POINTS =THE ONLY WAY TO GO!:brows: Belichick is 11-1 IN THE PLAYOFFS AS NEW ENGLAND COACH

I have to disagree with your Bears perception. Seattle is in a world of hurt this weekend. Im just waiting for all the public $ to hammer Seattle and then they will get routed by the Bears.

Final score:

Seattle 10
Chicago 31

DON'T GET ME WRONG THE BEARS HAVE COME ALONG WAY . BUT THE BEARS PLAYED NOBODY THIS YEAR , LAST THREE GAMES LOSS TO GREENBAY , WAS LUCKY TO BEAT TAMPA BAY AND THE LOINS, AND THE NFC NORTH IS WEAK

Ray,

I agree that the NFC North is weak. Its the weakest division in football. The Bears only real competition came against the 3 playoff-teams they faced which were all on the road in 3 consecutive weeks, the Giants (W), the Jets (W) and the Pats (L). They played poorly against the Pats and still had a very good shot to win that game on the road for the third straight week, which is tough to do in the NFL.

The Bears are not beat up in the secondary anymore. They will have all of their starters back except for Mike Brown. Tillman and Todd Johnson are back and Vasher came back in week 16. This will make a huge difference to get some experience back there with Daniel Manning the rookie weakside safety. Manning was having a great year but his inexperience really showed the last few weeks when he is paired with Devon Hester (R), Chris Harris (2nd year) and other unquailified subs.

You also cannot judge their last 3 games for multiple reasons. First off, you cannot say they got lucky beating TB. They were up 24-3 against TB and were playing with out 3 starters on Defense in Nathan Vasher (All Pro), Todd Johnson and Tank Johnson. The comeback by TB was a result of the Bears having a large lead and putting it on cruise control as they had very little to play for at that point. With that large lead TB was strictly in a throwing mode and with 3 of the 4 starting DB's not in the game and the Bears in more of a prevent defense its not hard to see why points were given up. They were not blitzing and putting pressure on the QB, which gave Rattay time to pick apart a secondary full of second and third teamers.

Against Detroit it was alot of the same story. They were up 17-7 at halftime and put it on cruise control again. This time Vasher was back but Tillman was resting back spasms, Tank Johnson was trying to fend off the Police and Todd Johnson played a few plays to get acclimated to the speed of the game again and nothing more. Once again you saw them lose a little interest and drop into a Prevent Defense until they lost the lead. As soon as Detriot took a 21-17 lead in the third quarter they didnt put up another point as the Bears got interested again and scored 3 unanswered field goals in the 4th quarter with many of their back-ups in. Not to mention, Detroit is not nearly as bad as their record indicates. They were in a lot of games only to come up short in the fourth quarter almost every week. That of course until they went to Dallas and whipped up on the Boys in week 17.

Now Seattle on the other hand, is beat up in the secondary. The fact that Romo and the Cowboys didnt expose them is ludicris and Dallas deserved what they got, because they dont belong in the playoffs. They were the most underachieving team in the NFL. Seattle is living off of reputation and are not the same team they were last year. The injuries they have sustained have been crucial and losing Hutchinson to free agency really hurt Alexander and the running game.

Finally, look at the line. If Vegas thought like the public the line would be Chicago -3.5/4. Instead it is 9/10. Money will pour in on Seattle and Vegas will sit back and collect it.

My prediction still stands:
Seattle 10
Chicago 31

BTW, my analysis is based on normal playing conditions. A sloppy track or a windy day will help Seattle more than Chicago. Right now I heard read that it will be cold, in the low 30s, but if there is wind or snow/sleet, my take on the game changes drastically.

Ray, like most of your picks, but I'm concerned about that Seattle over. I know Seattle Defense isn't that good, but Grossman scares the Hell out of me, Chicago offense could put up a goose egg. I think the defense on Chicago may score more than the offense, Grossman is absolutely terrible.

I would prefer it to be a good track as the Bears defensive speed would be neutralized a bit if its slippery out there. That will help Alexander who is a bigger back, but not a very fast back. I still think the Bears can wear down the Seattle Defense in the running game but I would like it to be dry. We will have a better idea of the weather later in the week.

Saints have the best NFL story

Saints have the best NFL story

Raymond

I have followed your picks for many years. I recently started posting. I know the revenge factor works in some games, but it is more effective with rivals and the Eagles and Saints are not rivals. The return of n.o. def tackle Thomas should give them a run stoping ability. The saints have done good against star backs this year.(maybe because the opp. had to pass to keep up on the score board).

Gore 40 yds
Westbrook 72 yds
t. Baber 72 yds

You thoughts!

I love seattle, New England but leaning toward Indy
