I haven't played a total yet this post season and don't expect to start today although the Over looks very solid.

Tribe +185 for 10* - It's all about the value with this play and Cleveland has great value at this price. Joba and Rivera pitched last night and Wang did get rocked in game #1. Byrd has been a turd lately, but he's still a crafty veteran who should do okay on this setting. Cleveland knows they need to outhit the Pinstripes to win and I think they outhit them tonight.

I can win 18.5* on the Tribe by risking 10* or I can put 37* on the Pinstripes to win the same amount. You do the math and tell me which play has far more value???

NLCS Game #1 - Colorado +115 for 10* - I'm not getting of this cash cow when they're Underdogs. Francis has good numbers vs. the D-Backs during his career. Both teams are hot, but I'll back the red hot Rockies as doggies everytime.

I'm the biggest tribe fan and found this on a message board, so i can't verify it's accuracy, but if it is true it's a good omen.

Pitchers in the last 8 postseasons have a 6.05 ERA when pitching with < 4 days rest.

Short rest could benefit Wang.

Short rest should help Wang - his sinker should be better.

Byrd is a gas can who gets by on smoke and mirrors - I am personally very upset that he is taking the pill tonight. If I were Wedge, I'd have the bullpen up and ready in the first. I hope he proves me wrong but he got lit up v NYY in CLE - 7 runs in 2 innings earlier in the year and I do not know why tonight will be any different. Tribe gave him good run support this year on his way to 15 wins - his win total is inflated. CLE will have to score tonight to get the win.

I hope that I am wrong but I think we see a Game 5 back in C-Town.

Tribe beat New York and Yankees lose the 3rd consecutive season in the 1st round.

Not sure why everyone likes to bet the Yankees, but I thought Cleveland +185 had value and could have gotten +205 by first pitch!

I need to figure out which way the public is going and back the opposite... it sure works well in the post season.

9-5 +70* - Doing better than I imagined. However, my football picks have absolutely been horrid!

ALCS Game #1 - Tribe +145 for 10* - A battle between the best SP's in the AL this season and I get almost 3:2 odds? Where do I sign up. I know Tribe's Borowski scares me as he's terrible, but otherwise Cleveland's middle relief is solid. I hope Wedge is smart and doesn't use Barfowski if Betancourt is rolling in a close game.

I have said the same thing about Betancourt and think he should be the closer. Definitely value in a Cle play here and I believe in the series aswell. Might play Cle to win the WS because I think the AL is stronger and more likely to win it all. Not many seem to give Cle much of a chance against Bos, but both teams are hot and Cle has the better relief pitching overall, despite Borowski.

Colorado -105 for 12* - Going Large on Colorado again. Davis is just an average SP while Jimenez looked awesome vs. a tough Philly squad last week. I'm also not convinced Arizona will get over the call by the umpire in the 7th inning last night.

Tribe 12.5* to win 16.5* - Tough to go againt Schilling, but Carmona looked awesome against the Pinstripes and I see Cleveland having some value at this price.

Add another 2.5* to win 3.3*

Arizona +145 for 15* - Dogs have been great for me during the playoffs. Don't like Livan much, but the price has some value.

12-7 +86.3* - Tough loss on Arizona Sunday night. Rockies have won 20 of 21... unfreakingbelievable. I should have never started fading the Rockies. However, I'm going to fade them one more time tonight.

Monday:
Tribe +115 for 12* - Indians are a different animal at home and Dice K too inconsistent late in the season to be road chalk.

Tribe 12* to win 13.8*

D-Backs +170 for 12* - Way too much value to pass on Arizona at this price. Morales has been awesome, but he's still a youngster who shouldn't be laying this chalk in post season play.

D-Backs 12* to win 20.4*

A split produces a profit, but a sweep would be awesome!:00hour

Adding Boston 2nd half (Inning 6 & later) -140 for 4* - I most likely have an extra at bat although hate laying chalk. However, solid value play as I would have put this line a bit higher and I already have Cleveland looking good up 4-0 with 2 outs in the 5th.

Boston 2nd half Pick'em (+100) for 5* - Got a good number by gambling Cleveland would score again when they had 1st & 2nd with no outs. Hopefully Cleveland adds more during this 5th inning to give me a nice size middle... currently 2-0 TRIBE!
