nflx......................8-8.......+5.80*
regular season.......14-11....+20.82*
had a very good week last week in both college & pros.....& hope to keep it going.....
4*giants-3(132).....
this is a good spot for giants against wash. ny is coming off a bye week where they were able to regroup after playing 3 brutal games (loss to indy, win over phil.,& a loss to seattle) & then after this game the next 2 games are at dallas & atlanta.so i think they will be ready for this home game.
on the other hand wash.is coming off their come from behind ot win last week against jax. & may be a little drained for this game.
neither team's defense is playing up to expectations. but the giants defense usually plays a lot better at home than on the road as we saw against indy on opening night. wash.'s defense, especially in the 2ndary is also not playing up to expectations....they are playing without their best corner (springs) & rank # 26 in the league in pass defense....they have allowed 8 td passes against 2 picks so far this year. their d is also allowing 145 yds. a game on the ground.
here is system that supports this play & is based on wash.having a let down this week after their all out effort last week....it states...
since week 14 1998 the league is 0-20 ats on the road when they beat a non-divisional opponent as a dog of less than 10 points, at home last week, despite the fact that they were trailing at the half.
good luck.
