Chicago White Sox -115.
The White Sox had a tough loss on Monday, but listening to many of the players interview on Chicago radio since then, it seems like they have not let the loss get to them. There were many positives of the game for 8 1/2 innings. The Sox hit well, ran the bases well and put the pressure on the Royals. This is a reflection of Ozzie Guillen's style and coaching strategy. The Sox bullpen is suspect especially with Marte still trying to find his velocity on his fastball and his break on his slider. Last year when the Sox struggled terribly out of the gates their one constant was Esteban Loaiza. He always pulled through and was always good for 7 or 8 strong innings. I think the Sox will get 6-8 runs again today off of a weak and injured Royals pitching staff and Loaiza should be able to go 7 or 8 giving up 2 or 3 runs.
