So I go to log in today....account has been deactivated for verification purposes. I have to scan a Drivers Licence and some sort of bill to them. So I do it.

Later, I get an Email saying that they have reactivated my account. Ok great....got my special Visa card that'll work, so it should be gravy. I go to load.....nope. I call in.....they try to run the card manually.......nope. This is the exact card they recommended, by the way. So I am put on hold and they disconnect.

I call back and have to explain the whole ordeal over to the next person....on hold again. The come back and say that the verification department still has to verify what deposit option are available to me, so right now, I have 0 ways to deposit money with them. How funny is that! I say to them. so you are tell me that a customer wants to give you money, and you aren't letting them? They told me that it's out of their hands. That special department in the sky has the final say. So I say, ok, can I talk to someone in that department please. No sir, that department is closed for the day....we ask that you please allow 24 hours.

Start to finish, it took 4 minutes with a credit card. Easiest process since Neteller
