I wouldnt have a problem with him serving a long jail sentence if this victim hadnt settled out of court for millions from Polanski .

The interesting thing is that it happened at JAck Nicholson's house while he was out of town. Angelica Houston, Jack's lover at the time, was home and said she looked to be one of those 18-25 year old girls. :shrug:

I'm not from that generation but to have Angelica Houston home and a witness to act seems to suggest more of an orchestrated party house.

The reason he fled was because of the Judge at the time was very highly involved in major cases of Hollywood Stars and he had made him sit in confinement for over 45 days.

Seems there was a lot of Hollywood whispering going on regarding this case...

many folks don`t realize it,but,i believe that in this case the charge reads as "roman polanski vs the people of such and such"...not "roman polanski vs said victim"...
