The University Of Massachusetts is changing their mascot (Minuteman) and name due to the fact that some feel the image of the "white minuteman holding a gun is offensive". You have got to be fkn kidding me!! They are named in honor of the many brave soldiers who died on the battlefields of Lexington and Concord, fighting for freedom and liberty from tyranny.
Their actions and bravery helped this country to become the greatest nation in the world, they were a cornerstone in the formation of this country.
These fukn jagoff liberals find it offensive?? So fkn what if the guy was white and he is carrying a fkn rifle in full regalia!!!

THE MINUTEMEN WERE PREDOMINANTLY FKN WHITE, THEY CARRIED FKN RIFLES, THEY DRESSED LIKE THAT AND HERE IS ANOTHER SHOCKER, THEY KILLED PEOPLE WITH THOSE RIFLES AND MANY OF THEM DIED FIGHTING FOR THE BELIEFS AND FREEDOMS THAT ALLOW THESE SNIVELING FUKS TO EVEN VOICE THEIR OPINIONS OUT LOUD!!!

WHEN WILL THESE FKN DOUCHEBAGS GET, "IT IS WHAT IS", YOU CANNOT GO BACK AND CONTINUALLY TRY AND TOUCH UP FKN HISTORY TO MAKE IT "POLITICALLY ACCEPTABLE" TO THE MASSES,

I DON'T CARE IF THE MINUTEMEN WERE BLACK, RED, YELLOW, BEIGE OR FKN PLAID, IT IS A DISGRACE THAT ANYONE WOULD FIND THE IMAGE OF THEM TO BE "OFFENSIVE", THEY WERE "OFFENSIVE" ENOUGH TO GIVE THEIR LIVES FOR US, A GIFT 99% OF THESE "POLITICALLY CORRECT" FUKS WOULD NEVER DO OF THEIR OWN VOLITION.

IT IS WHAT IS, DEAL WITH IT! TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO FIND IT OFFENSIVE:fingerc: :firing: kurby GET THE FUK OUT OF HERE!

I do not know which group pressed the issue, I read the article in the "boston herald" this a.m.,.The killer part is that UMass is run by
William bulger, the brother of James "Whitey" Bulger whose name currently resides on the Top 10 most wanted, an individual who was "politically correct" in his business dealings, he murdered
anyone who felt had it coming, any race, gender or age, he hit em all

Doc, they are redoing the painting of "Washington Crossing the Potomac", George is surrounded by Suasn Sarandon, Al Sharpton
... LOL!! be a great way to start a story, they are redoing Rushmore this summer, many feel images are following them everywhere with their eyes when they visit also, the "white men " appear to be looking down on the masses, so they will bring it down to ground level add a few swings off their ears and a couple of slides down their noses and redo the faces in a more congenial, friendly manner, LOL!

I dont say I like it either. But Raz should put complete story in not just one part. To much like spin as O'Rilley would say.
Kinda like South Carolina and the confederate flag. Some hell half the country was against there uses of it.
Remember we all shit out side many years ago in the old out houses. Those who were lucky enough to have aout house instead of just a ditch. Point is times change.

Puopolo, Penta, Paone names ring any bells?? I have a lot in nashua in the "tanglewood subdivision", might move into it. How do you like the change after Everett? do you have to talk slower, LOL!! What was the biggest area of savings in the move for you, property taxes are heavy in nashua.

North of Titletown AKA Boston
One thing to say about Everett, Football Powerhouse.... been to the last 2 Super Bowls...

and yes, those names do ring bells...

The main saving I made was the fact I could have a new house built for a hell of a lot cheaper than I could in Mass... as for property taxes, I think NH gets a bum rap for high prop. taxes, granted mine are not cheap, but I know friends in Mass who pay just as much, if not more than I do...

Where are you from...

djv, gotta disagree there, no spin, just fact, there was a follow up story in the "Boston Herald" today as well, Senator wants to get "Minuteman" symbol made into law, in fact the article touches on the same themes as I mentioned above, I would post the link if I knew how... I am a computer mook for sure, LOL!! No comparison between 'confederate flag" issue and Minuteman symbol, Minuteman represents the entire country as a whole , fought for the entire country's freedom, times may change but the facts, the logo are true and undisputable. It is the same as finding the Flag offensive.

Blitz born in Boston, lived in Charlestown, Newburyport, Tewksbury, and back and forth between em, LOL!!

Assessor gave me prelim tax bill of 9.5k to 11k for house when completed, which is fine if I am getting something on the backside from other areas, if not def. little steep.

Blitz, how is the school system in your area, any opinions on Nshua as a homestead, not quite ready to pull the trigger, is there any action up there as far as nightlife and restaurants, etc.. I haven't really poked around on leisurely trips, mostly it was buy it build it and on to the next, most of it was off of exit ! in and around Sky Meadow, all around Windham.
