Can we get back to the problem at hand here, still can't login with Firefox or IE, using Chrome. And I deleted all the temp files cookies etc

I've been on Facebook a very long time. I actually forgot I had an account until it got popular again and people started hitting me up.
Due to my job, I have to try and stay up on these kinds of things.

Yeah. I can not log in via Firefox on all three of our computers.
Internet Explorer 7 works fine for me.

Unfortunately, that's pretty typical. You have to "prove" that it's not your fault.
But it's not a big deal. I don't use Firefox much anyway.
And even if it is on "my end". Why should I have to go through the process of clearing my history, temp files, and cookies just because of something they did? That makes all other sites less convenient for the end user.
I wonder what the percentage of web users out there don't even understand when someone gives them those suggestions without detail. My guess is about 60% of general population don't understand.
This is not directed at you, Jack, and don't read irritation in my text. Hard to inflect here.

we went thru this problem the last time but many more complaints about signing in and many complaints about even getting on the site and everything cleared up after a couple days. hopefully everything clears up over the weekend :shrug:
