do you ever do and manual, not Manuel, labor?

My power washer has about 600 hour on it

no, I hire it all done...yard workers and house cleaners...why bother doing it myself when I can just pay to have it done, I do not have time for shit like that, seriously...I like to play golf, have my kids every other weekend, exercise most nights, work all day, time to go out on dates, who needs endless bullshit work at home

I wash my clothes and cook thats enough :0074

Hog...nothing a full grown man can't do in a 3 hour period.. 2 stories..climb the damn ladder and get her clean..

pressurer washer great for lawn furn..drivewayway..walkway...deck and fence cleaning..even hard to get of mud on the 4x4

all things grown men do everyday to take care of their homes without paying somebody to do it..

ya get a bad rap here a lot of time Hog..
cuz ya got more experience with life issues than folks will give ya credit for..

but when it comes to real WORK ...ya should just let those who bust their ass everyday answer the real world take care of household questions..

when I was married I was forced to do all the bullshit work, now I am divorced and make my own decisions, nothing against people who do all their manual labor I prefer to hire it done, my house is the nicest looking house on the block, greenest grass, best looking flower beds, etc...thats all that matters

Actually using my buddies power washer this week to take mold off the Vinal Siding, should I put a little Bleach in or just water

See my post above. You don't need to use a pressure washer. A mixture of bleach and water will melt away mold/mildew and you can simply rinse it off with a garden hose.

Buy one you'll be glad you did. There's a lot more uses than just your house.

Buy one big enough for the job. Mine is 6.5 hp and 2550 psi. It safe on houses just start out slow and be careful it will peel paint. GL.

Seriously Morris? Can u list a few of these ideas cause im sick of looking at mine sitting there looking at me back. Maybe wash my car? I don't have a deck

Sorry should have read the whole thread first.

Use mine to clean the garage floor about 2 times a year. I never had a dirty house

I used it on my car once and took off a chunk of paint.

Now I have a 3300 for work with a turbo tip, but I'll never use it at home, I don't think

Plan on doing this next weekend. I have a 2 gallon sprayer and will use that to apply the bleach solution and use the garden hose to rinse it off.

It is tough for me to agree with u Hedgy but in my case i think u are right. I washed my house with it and my truck once and have looked at it ever since. Plus i had some trouble with the wand and luckily they sent me a new one after it sat for two years. It was only used a few times and something happen to the wand. Just stop working. When i use it i always worry about the new Wand being defective and next time they will make me buy a new one. I havve a lot of borrowing type of friends and nobody ever asked to borrow this piece of equipment.

My buddy bought a house to be a rental a few years ago and it had a nasty, rotting old fence and a garage that was in poor shape, too.
Since the house was a rental he didn't want to spend any money to replace the fence or the garage but he wanted to try and make them look better than they were for potential tenants.
He borrowed a power washer and started in on the fence--and 5 minutes in he knocked down a section of it. He gave up on the fence and turned to the garage--and proceeded to blast several holes through the rotted wood of the garage--he ended tearing both the fence and garage down...:mj07:

i don't think i would knock mine down put im willing to bet pieces of rot would fly 50 feet and smash a neighbors window. Then the ants will get in there house.

I have a very bad back so I also hire people to power wash, paint, landscaping, or any other type of labor work & am not ashamed to admit it....And even if I didn't have back problems I doubt that I would do it anyway....I am a believer in having people do what they do best & I do what I do best, which at this stage is not much....LOL....
