He cut the Bush Tax Cuts for the Wealthy, He got us out of Afghan, He stopped aid to Pakistan, He cut the tax loopholes for big business and he put controls on the stock market and made the SEC a tool for the small investor and he put controls on Big Oil. And things still stink then I could buy brining in a Republican but how can anyone in good coinscience do that when the same policies that got is in this mess are still running wild and tearing our country apart.

Little known fact, Scotty... The Great Depression ended in August of 1933, 5 months after FDR took office.
The decision by the NBER means that any downturn in the economy after August of 1933 would be considered a new Great Depression and not a continuation of the Great Depression that began with the stock market crash of 1929.
