Printer question?

My printer won't print at all. Worked fine yesterday. Today - nothing.

How do I uninstall and reinstall this device?

did you reset your computer first?

yup. turn it off. turn it back on and then reboot. works for me everytime.

cancel printing jobs stored in there too.

No luck.

I cancelled the printing jobs.

Turned printer off.

Rebooted.

Turned printer back on.

Failed to print.

Any other suggestions?

what kind of printer is this? make and model. what you can do is reinstall the print drivers and software.

Google the maker of your printer and support. Like (HP support)

I have an HP printer and they checked it while I was online and told me what to do to get it going again. Not real people, just an online test, and it was free.

Canon support sucks. I use to love the BJC 600 series. Fvker was $600 when it came out in '93, best printer though for about the next 5 years. Lasted 9, I can see why you want to get it working. My advice would be to load it on another computer to rule out that the printer is actually broken. Mine broke in the middle of a document and never showed any sign before that.

took me long enough!

Had to uninstall / reinstall...

more than once!

It prints and I'm happy.
