I WAS TRYING TO GET PRIVATE PECKER TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND TAKE ME ON IN A ONE ON ONE HANDICAPPING CONTEST. BUT PEEPEE REFUSED TO EMAIL ME SO THAT WE COULD HASH OUT THE SPECIFICS. BEFORE ANY OF THAT WAS DECIDED HE SENT YOU A CHECK WHICH HE DECIDED WOULD BE THE ENTRY FEE. NOT MANY PEOPLE I KNOW WOULD ENTER A CONTEST WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT IS INVOLVED. WHEN THEY HOLD POKER TOURNAMENTS WOULD YOU ENTER ONLY KNOWING WHAT IT COSTS TO ENTER, BUT NOT KNOWING THE GAME, LEVELS OR LIMITS? I THINK NOT.
SO PETEY IF YOU ARE OUT THERE EMAIL ME ASAP. I WILL NO LONGER GO BACK AND FORTH TRADING BARBS WITH YOU ANYMORE ITS NOT BECOMING OF EITHER OF US AND WILL GET NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. EMAIL ME THROUGH MY PAGE RIGHT NOW AND WE WILL GET THIS DONE. I WILL AGREE TO PRETTY MUCH WHATEVER YOU WANT SO LONG AS THE CONTEST IS OF SUFFICIENT LENGHT AND SO I CAN GET THIS BUS ROLLING AND GET YOUR TRAP SHUTTING.

Like the moose said, check out aces mortgage thread. He challenged Double P to a contest for any stakes that I chose. I chose $600. Ace has disappeared since then with his tail between his legs, but just hold on to the check for a while until that putz resurfaces. Don't deposit it unless acechickenedout sends his flow. I've never heard of anybody chikening out from their own challenge. But this is aceisscared we're talking about here. Anything is possible with this chump. So come on yellowace!!!! We can call a ceasefire on the barbs while we're working out the rules, but i'm not doing this behind the scenes. I want to expose you in front of God and country. I duck no one, I posted every detail about what I wanted last time and asked you how you wanted to run things your response was about something completely unrelated, so I am not going to rehash everything I asked you about in the last thread, go back and read it and you report back here.

This was exactly my point yyz, unfortunately Petey likes to run headlong through walls without stopping to think things over first. He just chucked off his check without even deciding what we were going to do. Not much I can do when I lay out how I want to run the contest, and before he agrees, he sends off a check to Jack. My whole point was not to involve Jack, I am certainly capable of posting the picks on my page and we could have agreed to pay up at the end of the contest like men. Its stupid to send checks to someone because having $600 of dead money out there doing nothing makes no sense to me when it can be put to better use over the next half year. Neither of us are going anywhere so its not like we wouldnt pay up. Instead he does this.

Personally, I dont trust anyone here to hold it, no not even Jack. I have met Jack and know he is a great guy, but Jack has a business to run and I know firsthand things get misplaced or lost all the time, especially when they have nothing to do with your everyday operations. More importantly, I think he has better things to do. For me yes it is a waste to pony up $600 now because its being put to better use. Unlike you I guess, I dont spend an unlimited percentage of my budget on gambling, I set a certain pot and stick to it. Especially on contests so doing this would mean $600 less right now to play with and no NCAA contest for me this year. I guess its easy if you have a posse's money to pool like you said you do but I'm a one man show.
