I see many of you want to throw your money away on the Heat. They barely got by an ANCIENT Boston team, and you somehow think they will get past a team that has more talent, better defense, better inside presence and a point guard.

Miami has nothing. They couldn't beat a Dallas team last year that was inferior to this Thunder team in almost every way. Please save your money. The Thunder have been tested by the two other good teams in the NBA during their run to the Finals. The Heat haven't been tested by anyone decent, yet they still barely managed to make it here.

Whether or not you think the Heat are going to win, to say they have "nothing" might be the most preposterous thing I've seen on here. They aren't the Bobcats.

The Heat are a good team but the East is HORRIBLE. The Celtics are not a good team. They used to be but they are indeed ancient.

I saw a couple moving screens last night that were beyond ridiculous. Its the Celtics entire game the last 2 years. When its not called, then they are gritty and tough. When it is called, they become a very average team at best.

I agree for the most part, but Boston sort of had Miami's number and made them look worse than they are. Okc has no doubt been wayy more impressive. Who in their right mind thinks Miami has a chance??

That being said, why is the series line only 165/145?? Seems awfully low for what seems like an easy Thunder steamroll. I honestly thought it would be Thunder -240 or so. Hmmmm

Well evidently you are right, but I disagree in theory. Hell, the thunder were +210 vs the spurs.

The public will be drooling over that line and the short 4.5 they opened game 1 at

Whether or not the rest of the east was bad has zero impact on this series. They don't award the championship for who beat the better run of opponents. The fact is the heat have the best player in the world and because of that, they can beat anyone. It's a heavyweight matchup.

I think anytime the Heat are an underdog the public is all over them. They are a vastly overrated team. They are not really a team at all. The Thunder have more talent, but what is more important is that they play as a TEAM. The Heat like to dribble, dribble, dribble, then try and drive or chuck. Their defense, if you want to call it that, is pathetic.

But everyone sees "the best player in the world" is an underdog and starts foaming at the mouth thinking it's easy money. I don't know how this Thunder team continues to be undervalued, but I'll keep riding the gravy train to the final station.

I totally agree with this statement. People always want to talk about who you beat. You can only beat who they put in front of you. Who had the harder road is overrated.

AND, the Mavericks were horrible, the Lakers were in disarray, and the Spurs were WAYYYY overrated.

The Heat play solid D.

I think EVERYONE is on the Thunder. I am currently conducting a poll in my office to see who they think is going to win. My office is the definition of Joe Public.

You may be right, Jedi, and I have agreed with you all playoffs, but I thought this line was suspiciously low.

Where it is real F ing COLD
Not betting one basketball play, just going to watch! I love the Thunder in this series and I am as good of fade most! It is why I am not playing, when I love a side this much it usually loses. Although I loved the Kings in NHL and lost out on $$$ cause I didn't play the series.

One point I will make for the Heat is the experience factor! If there role players make a decent amount of shots then the Heat will take this. Having Bosh back healthy makes a big diff for them

Folks, don't buy that this is just a hangover from the seven-game series the Heat just played. The rest of the series will be just like this. You can sum up this series with a song.

This video is appropriate for the Thunder are wizards.

Nice start for thunder. I was leaning to an outright heat win in game 2, but something (maybe the disparity in length and quickness:facepalm:) tells me the heat will have to steal one when they get back to okc to win this series. Shaping up to be an entertaining series..

actually i think the heat have zero chance to win one in OKC - last night was their best chance due to potential OKC rust and despite the fact that they were raining in tons of 3's early the Heat could not keep it within single digits

to me the Heat better win game 3 or I agree with Jedi that this will be a sweep
