I rarely play teasers, but I played a Special 3-team teaser today (3rd one of the year) with 2 winners and a push. Is this considered a loser? Does it depend on the Book? Any help would be appreciated.

Each book could have different rules, but mostly on those special teasers (the one where you get 10 points) a tie is a loss.
