why should jack give you any advice on being his competitor ?

I'm not going to be his competitor, it will have nothing to do with handicapping. I'm not looking for inside information, i'm speaking mostly about technical stuff. What program did you use to build the forums? What kind of code do I need to learn to build forums etc...

Did you create this forum from scratch? or go through a hosting company with a template? If so, would you be able to give me a few names of those hosting companies that allow you accept advertisements in order to collect revenue?
