Ravens coach John Harbaugh confirmed Friday Ray Rice (hip, questionable) will be a game-time decision in Week 3.
We won't know for sure until Sunday's inactives are announced, but our guess is Rice won't play against the Texans, allowing Bernard Pierce to push for 20-plus touches. Rice didn't get in a single practice during the week as he attempts to recover from a strained hip flexor.
