They wanted him, but only at the reduced price. He has definitely put up decent #'s, but if they really wanted him badly, even at the reduced price, they would have called like you mentioned. Or they would have upped their offer once he was a free agent. On the surface it looks like a good get for the Ravens but the Broncs front office seem pretty savvy in every other dealing so if they were willing to let him go I think that is a bit of a concern, but who knows. Seems like he will fit with the Ravens scheme and his old position coach.


Yeah, will be moving out to the Denver/Boulder area soon. Don't worry though, I'll still root for the Steelers. :0074

Elway and Fox....probably the greatest single move in the history of the NFL..getting Peyton

and if not only second to the Colts finding Unitas on the side of the road .

The road to the Super Bowl goes thru Denver Colo.....and every team who suits up for their first practice as a mamber of the AFC knows that.
