Yeah, I figured it must have been them since they are the only ones I know that have it. Don't get too discouraged, it's not an easy process. When it comes to making offers, be sure you make it before the inspection. Just be sure to include contingencies so you have an out in case you need to get out of it.....this might not make sense, but it will once you find the perfect place and someone else snaps it up while you are busy dicking around scheduling an inspection.
