TB +340 (100/340)

The way aces have been getting hit, why not...
also, not checking PEDRO as listed pitcher for action....since there is a possibility of rain and BOS might scratch Pedro to save him for better weather!

I might be wrong, but if Pedro doesn't pitch, and you don't put listed pitchers your bet will go through at an adjusted price right?

In any case i am with you on TB and will throw in TB over as well, Pedro won't go whole game hopefully and you can't trust that Boston pen. It's worth the price IMO

FYI,
Where I play, not checking listed pitchers gives me action regardless who pitches. Listing pitchers and having one or both not start results in a no action.(as opposed to an adjusted price)

Pinnacle has responded stating that if i DO NO check off PEDRO as listed pitcher, and there is a pitching change, i would still get TB +340, even if there is an adjustment to the line!

;)

WOW, thats GREAT! I have never heard of a book doing that. In me experience it always goes through anyway with the adjusted odds. If Pinnacle does actually do it this way then this is a huge mistake on their part IMO. I would look at wagering vs. the BIG ONES more often (especially where weather is a concern, health of pitcher is a concern, etc).....

Great shot here IMO with the way you say Pinnacle does things. You might want to do the same with R. Johnson's next listed start (his injury).

Same as mine

If you did NOT list pitchers you get action at that price regardless of who eventually pitches.

Up Side for not listing pitchers: you take the dog @ +300 and Pedro does not pitch against you.

Down Side for not listing pitchers: you take Pedro laying -340 and some schmuck replaces him but you're still laying -340 when the actual line was adjusted to -110.

I know Oly adjusts prices if you don't list both pitchers, so just listing one pitcher done's help ya.

To me, that is only hurting the book, cause i don't think anyone would put a bet in on say, Boston today, and not list Pedro, right? To me, you only try it with the dog and then maybe hope the big gun (PEDRO) doesn't go.

I am suprised a book would do that but i say more power to the players, i would take advantage of it.

Good luck to all today!
