I started it back up right at this mark and hope for the best.
Currently at 1904500.
Before I started it back up I ran some test searches with search turned back on and I am happy to report that it seemed to be working great. I'll let Poon be the judge of that once the whole process is completed.

How do you think IE and I feel? We use it way more than anybody.
I've been using the main forum page but what's new and activity stream are okay too. They both (really the same thing) need some work as well, but they function in the same way.
We're getting there. New Posts should be back along with search sometime Sunday.
Just come back when you start liking the site better than the old way and let me know. And you will like it better, trust me. It's just a matter of time and getting used to where things are and how to work them.
I've gotten used to the new look. It works. I just find it hard to use without the "new posts" function. But it won't be long before it's back, so it's all good. Thanks for hosting the place. It's a great place to kill a few million hours. :0003
You can follow the indexing process right here. That figure I keep posting is how many posts have been indexed. The total is somewhere around 3.5 million and it indexes about 30,000 an hour. I went to bed around 9pm last night and when I got up around 130 I found out my power went down which shut my computer down which stopped the indexing process. That sucked but it's back in action and only lost about 4 hours of time. The only other hitch I can see is Saturday and Sunday when there are 4000 people clicking away. I'm not sure how that will affect the process. Hoping for the best.
