Regarding Search features and New Post View

It's going to be a long week. Every post and thread for the last 12 years is being re-indexed, close to 4 million posts. Judging from the progress that began last night at 11pm eastern, it looks like we have another 80 to 90 hours of sorting to go. During this time no search function will work at all including the New Post View that many of you use to browse the forums. I can hardly function around here without the New Post View so it sucks.

If everything goes well and there are no timeouts or errors, this place will be humming smoothly by the weekend.

Does anybody know how I can disable my computer from rebooting on it's own after a complete virus scan? I think that happens weekly but I'm not sure. If my computer shuts down that re-indexing process might shut down and have to be started up all over again. That would suck!

That's what does the reboots, I was thinking it is my Norton. Thanks, I disabled the auto updates and I have to approve it first before it installs. :0008

No worries now.
