I agree that this should be taught by parents but disagree on the failure part of the children grow up to be pos. I know quite a few bad people who had great and honorable parents.
Raising a bunch of kids is tough duty these days obviously. The June and Ward scene is long gone with chicks thinking they have rights and shit. Let's face it, when there were no Xbox/Internet/Snapagrams to stare at, we would throw rocks in a creek for fun.
Parenting is pretty much case by case, where you have crazy thugs with kids, middle class parents trying hard, both of them working which leaves more unsupervised time at the house. I agree with six five that there are plenty of parents trying hard, yet their kids still take wrong turns.
Kinda funny though that Morgan Fairchild is divorced three times and sad that his daughter died in a murder! He probably relied on nannies with all the pictures he was making.

yea..got to thinking about that while doing some PM on the machines..

You have no children of your own so you actually don't know how hard it is to raise kids these days. You can't hold good parents accountable for children slipping through the cracks It happens. My wife is a teacher and sees it every day.
On the other hand we see bad parents with kids that have a heart of gold. You can't be an authority on something you have never been involved in. I respect your opinon but you have none here.
This. Can't take a non parent seriously when trying to speak to something they know nothing about.
