What did you season them with?

Brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, old bay, and a couple others that I can't think of at the moment.

Where it is real F ing COLD
They look good, one thing about this northern part of the country has terrible food but its getting better. We are learning. I remember being a kid and green pepper and onion was unheard of no matter whose house you ate at. Just smother everything with ketchup. My mom still cooks that way today, my dad banned her from making meatloaf or meat balls or roast, so bland and need nothing but Heinz 57, she hates mine, says they are too spicy so we sneak em
