If you want to spend tens of thousands taking them to court you might get your money back. I could have won but settled because it was cheaper. They are nothing but slime and now they face payback.
I hope lawyers that took clients pro bono take every cent those slimeballs have.

Hey Jack a lot of the people commenting on the articles mentioned those who settled may be able to go back and get it changed. Is that a possibility?

My lawyer is the one who sent me the article and told me to go after them to get my money back. He thinks I can get it. BUT......I may need his services if things don't go perfectly. I'm tired of gambling with lawyers. :0008

Honestly, I always worried about this back in the day, when I had my thing going. I was concerned somebody would show up at my door and haul me away and leave the family wondering what happened.
