What a remarkable man! I saw him on the Today Show on his birthday. Both he and his wife looked fantastic. I can only hope to make it as long as he did. There must be something to those basic calisthenics and juices, eh?

I remember him being on in the early AM, when I was getting ready for school in the sixty's.

My Dad is 95, farmed all his life, and had biceps as big as softballs back then from the farmwork.

Both lived a clean live, kept fit and ate right.

Tomatoes, I tell you my Dad always ate fresh ones in season and so did my father-in-law, he lived to 88 and smoked for 50 + years, my Dad never did smoke.

I will be lucky to make 75, but at least I am still off of the cigarettes!:)

Told my wife the same thing this morning. I was a kid in Kansas and he would be on in the morning.

So much energy, that guy.

RIP
