Anyone think this phone call was set up? Roger might have given this dude a couple million. Rule 1 is bring family into it and try to play the sympathy card.

If someone lied and put your family through all of this legally or not I would let the guy know what I really thought of him............
clemens (and any public figure) would have to prove "actual malice", that is, that the defamatory statements were made knowing that they were untrue, with the intent to cause injury.
Nobody is collecting $$ on a "He said, She said" civil suit. This is merely a solid, offensive manuever on behalf of the Clemens camp. Clemens atty.'s now, based on what has transpired, are very confident that there is absolutely no refutable evidence that the Weasel McNam&*$% can claim. I personally believe the Weasel, but F him! You could have a video of him getting a shot from the guy and he could still say it was B-12.......when all this is said and done........nothing will be proven in a court..........all it will amount to is he said-she said...................
