Thanks a lot! Haven't forgotten... but the weight is coming off so damn fast that I guess I'll order a smaller shirt and be able to wear it this spring or summer, LOL. Down 75 pounds total since mid-September and almost 5 inches in the waist.
Wow, Brent! 75 Ell Bees is a great accomplishment!!! I hope the results really keep inspiring you to go that extra mile and reach your goal ahead of schedule.

I just want to tell you thatt your blog has inspired me to start losing weight today! I am not waiting for New Years..... I have struggled with my weight since college (36 yrs old now) and I am fed up! Your words about not having hunger pains or desires sounds great! I have problems with wanting to eat a snack 10 minutes after a meal! I need to lose those thoughts.... keep posting brother!

Congrats and good luck in your continuing weight loss RollTide.
I hit rock bottom myself this summer and got fed up with the weight I packed on the last several years. I have lost 53 pounds since July and I am feeling great! I want to lose some more, but I never want to get anywhere near where I was again!
