No he wasn't? He simply said they were investigating it and he wasn't going to answer any questions about it. He said they were focused on the game this week and he would talk about that.

My take exactly....I think Nick prides himself on working very hard on details to run a clean program...Sure this took him by surprise and he was annoyed and visibly upset..

Saban was aware prior to the presser. Word is Bama knows about this and actually banned Davis from campus and from contact with the program recently.
