I'm a few minutes behind on the game, but what a bullshit penalty that was on the SF player that sacked Newton a few plays before the int and was flagged for a 15 yard penalty!

I took Carolina and I should have known better. Panthers got outplayed by the more experienced team, but the main reason they lost is that they were seriously outcoached. How can the 49ers score so easily down inside the 10 and the Panthers, with a QB with the abilities of Cam Newton, not score twice. They are not a good enough team to overcome that.

The better team won today, I hate to say it, but it is what it is.
