I am going with it being excessive because they already had her in cuffs so she was arrested....all the "fuck yous" just hurts her when she gets downtown...she was not that a big threat in cuffs so the FACE PLANT was excessive :shrug:

And you said I was veering? SHe's not a gangster, she is a mother who is concerned about the saftey of her child. I don't know what brought the arrest on, but that doesn't matter.

Bottom line is she was disrespectful to the law. If I said what she was saying I would expect to get my ass kicked. It's pretty simple, be respectful to the law. Be a dick and eat pavement.
I got pulled 3 weeks ago. Looked back in the rear view mirror and saw a 22-year old kid coming up on my left side. He asked if I knew why I was pulled over. I said for being stupid and impatient sir. A 22-year old kid and I'm calling him sir. It's out of respect. He laughed and added, "and for speeding". He took 5 mins and sent me on my way. No ticket. Just asked that I slow it down. Don't you think me calling him sir and cracking a little joke helped?
Now, what would have happened if I'm telling him to go fuck himself and he's being a dick for pulling me over?
If you're disrespectful you deserve to suffer the consequences even if it's getting bitch-slapped or pounded into the pavement.

Don't really know what occurred before filming, but I doubt that was a model citizen getting randomly abused by law enforcement.
I ALWAYS respect the law and especially kiss ass like Nole did when he was in predicament...I am just saying she was in CUFFS and that is the ONLY reason I say it was excessive...she was no threat to that officer besides stuffing her in the car...not getting face planted and knocked unconscious :nono:

Again. I'm 46 and I've never had an issue with the police in my life. I guess if you're waiting for that day, you might want to re-examine what you're doing with your life.
