Race 1- #6 Bravo Habibi
inside posts, believe it or not, is not where you want to be on these 5 1/2 furlong turf sprints at the spa. in the last like 120+ turf sprints, the rail has only won 4 times. the 1 and 2 posts should say go immediately and duel each other up front from the get go. the 8 should also be up there early but is a bit of a wild card because he has never raced on the grass. a 2 or 3 horse grueling speed battle should set up nicely for the 6 to sit mid pack and pass the front runners in the stretch.
Race 3- #5 Strategic Missle
should get some big odds here, so hoping this one with its very nice early speed can clear the field and hopefully wire them, although that would be asking a lot. hitting the board with this one should return a decent price though as I don't think it will be bet very heavily.
Race 6- #7 Hard Life
lots of questions in this field with the distance but like this horses pedigree and should be able to sit off the pace and power home.
Race 8- #6 Grandpa Len
might not have the best pedigree or credentials in this field, but there seems to be little early speed and if this one can get an easy trip on the front end, he may have the stamina to hang in there at the end. would love to see an uncontested lead by this one and if that happens, think he has a chance to hit the board on what should be a big price with some heavy public backing on other horses in this race
playing all selections across the board (WPS)
good luck
