When you have a starter that has been dominant and your pen has struggled, why pull the dude that has been mowing down TB? He gave up a hit to one of the best hitters in the Rays line up....big fucking deal. It is his game to win/lose, let him go!
I just don't get it. I pitched in college and when a guy is going well, and your pen sucks, let the hot hand go unless the guy wants to come out. These managers manage themselves right out of games.
