Well I do show remorse for the dead guy because it doesn't look like his intentions were to cause harm. I have no idea he did what he did? All I can think of is there is another cop talking about getting out of the car, maybe he heard get out of the car. Maybe he thought having his hands up visibly was enough. Pretty stupid but I do have remorse for him, he wasn't trying to bring violence to the officer. Do I blame the officer?, not anymore but I would not want him back on the street.

Why wouldn't you just LISTEN? "show me you hands!!" How many chances do you give the guy? He must have shouted it 10 fucking times? It's obvious he wanted to hide something? I don't care what it was, drugs,DUI, arrest warrant, ect. Was it worth dying for? The cop SAW a weapon in the car for christ sakes and the guy kept fiddle fucking around in the car? How else did you expect it to end? Would it have been proper for the dude in the car to shoot the cop?
Bottom line is... if the guy raises his hands and sits still and follows the directions of the officer. He isn't dead. Plain and simple.

I realize that, I still have remorse for him even though he put himself in a bad spot, well a deadly spot

Bullshit. I guarantee you anyone... and I mean anyone gets pulled over,in the dark, cop walks up and sees a GUN and demands you to show your hands and you keep fumble fucking around in the car and don't comply... you are getting lit up one way or the other. Whether it be the lethal variety as shown in the video in this thread or by a hell of a lot of voltage. I don't blame the cop at all for killing that dude. He likely has a family and maybe even kids he wants to spend the rest of his life with. I have no remorse for anyone who does not respect authority. One less piece of shit on the planet. I don't care if he was drunk, high, ect ect ect. Thats one mistake he'll never make again. I like how his buddy was all cooperative when the shots started ringing out. Any of you who feel remorse for the dead guy... Lets hear the rebuttal.

None of that matters. If the cop's life wasn't threatened he had no right to start shooting. Its just that simple.
