I think if you refuse, you are considered guilty in the eyes of the law and lose all driving privileges. I think you only go that route if you are going to hire a lawyer. I'm not sure though.

Hell no I didn't get busted, I don't drink and drive very often, I do more now that I am single, but try to drink water and sober up before driving home.:sadwave:
I just saw a show on TLC about DUI, holy fuck there is a show about everything now :facepalm:
I will refuse everything if I ever get pulled over and have been drinking...really need a designated driver, I have always been careful even going back to teenage years...in fact I am going out tonight or tomorrow night and was going to take a taxi and get hammered...I will be posting for everyones entertainment I am sure...
