How ignorant of a question is it when I ask the major difference between gumbo and jambalaya?

Damn that looks good!!

Gumbo is a roux based soup served over rice and jambalaya has no roux and the rice is cooked into the dish:toast: A lot of the same flavor bases though and both damn good:0074
